HDS ZAMP SUMMARY ANNUAL REPORT 2013
By the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union HDS ZAMP has also joined formally the European society of the most developed and most professional societies for the collective management of rights. Simultaneously with the accession of the HR to the EU, at the annual CISAC General Assembly, HDS ZAMP was randomly chosen for Professional Rules and Binding Resolutions review. We are proud to be able to say that a high level of harmonization was established during the review carried out in November 2013, confirming once more a reputable status of HDS ZAMP in Europe and in the world.
On the other hand, financial results are also stable in spite of the economic crisis. The overall collection result in 2013 is 1,2% higher than in 2012, and is approximately at the same level as in 2011. With regard to the situation in our country, this result may be assessed as a very good one, with an additional increase tendency including extension to digital, online musical services.
